C_THR104 is an entry-level, 2 hour Scenario-Based Assessment passed at 60 percent, with seven blueprint areas that begin on the SAP SuccessFactors platform and follow SmartRecruiters through system roles and access groups, job fields and approvals, branching screening questions, hiring processes, offer clauses, the Winston assistants, CRM communities and GDPR consent.
