Steps to change/customize workflow logic in GRC Process Control

The standard workflow that is included in the standard package offered by SAP GRC Process Control may be customised by using the settings or configuration in this blog post for customising the workflow.

Manual Steps to change/customize workflow logic in GRC Process Control.

Activity- 1 – Change Workflow-WS75900005

Step-1 – Open R/3 Connection and execute T-CODE- “SWDD”

Tcode:- SWDD

Step-2 – Enter Workflow ID – WS75900005 and press Enter Button

Step-3 – Generate New Version, just go to Workflow menu option then Generate version as shown below

Step-4 – Press change Icon and double click on Loop(While) Icon in template as shown in below snapshot

Step-5 – Change the value Closed(marked in below snapshot) with IG007 and add New Value(IG015 –Void) as shown in below snapshots

Add New Value

a. Add new entry i.e. Val. = IG015 and Outcome Name – Void

b. Replace other values field i.e. Closed with IG007

Step-6 – Press Save and click Ok button as sown in below snapshots

Save and Activate

Step-7 – Add Workflow Complete Operation for Void option as shown below.

a. Select “Void” option

b. Drag and drop the “Process Control” step on void option under “Step Types That Can be
Inserted”

Select the Void Option

c. Add the details for Process Control Step as shown in below snapshot

Step-8 – Activate the workflow by pressing the Icon as shown in below snapshot

Activity- 2- Change Workflow–WS75900003

Step-1 – Open R/3 Connection and execute TCODE-SWDD

Step-2 – Enter Workflow ID – WS75900003 and press Enter Button

Step-3 – Press change Icon and double click ‘While Processing Issue’ Icon in template as shown in below snapshot

Step-4 – Change the value Closed(marked in above snapshot) with IG007 as shown in below snapshots.

Step-5 – Save it and press ok icon.

Step-6 – Activate the workflow as shown in below snapshot

When everything is finished, you may customise the user-defined workflow in GRC Process Control.

According to the user’s needs, the loop, if, while, and other logical statements can be changed.
