In this configuration step we define the screen layout control for the depreciation terms such as depreciation key, useful life etc. in the asset master record.
Access the transaction by using one the following navigation method.
SAP IMG Path: – SPRO > IMG > Financial accounting (new) > Asset Accounting > Master Data > Screen Layout > Define Screen Layout for Asset Depreciation Areas
Transaction Code: – AO21
Select “Screen layout” and double click on “Field group rules”
On the change view “screen layout for”: overview, you can maintain which field is required, optional, display and suppressed entry .
Choose save icon to save the configured data. Successfully you have configured screen layout for asset depreciation areas.
